About your role

As consortium coordinator, you will be one of the driving forces behind SENSORY-Kids. You will coordinate collaboration across the different work packages and help build a national learning ecosystem that connects healthcare, education, research, families and patient organisations.

Together with the project leaders and two PhD candidates, you will form the core team responsible for achieving the consortium’s scientific and societal goals. While the PhD candidates and academic partners lead the main research activities, your role focuses on coordination, integration and knowledge exchange.

Your responsibilities include:

  • coordinating collaboration between work packages and consortium partners;
  • monitoring milestones and supporting project reporting and deliverables;
  • organising consortium meetings, workshops and annual network events;
  • strengthening collaboration between healthcare, education, rehabilitation, research and patient organisations;
  • facilitating the implementation and dissemination of consortium outcomes.

In addition, you will contribute to the consortium’s communication strategy through newsletters, webinars, conferences, stakeholder meetings and social media activities. You will also support cross-work package analyses, contribute to scientific publications and help harmonise data collection and outcome measures across the consortium.

About you

We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting people just as much as connecting ideas and who is motivated to translate scientific knowledge into societal impact.

You have:

  • a PhD in psychology, health sciences, biomedical sciences, implementation science, medicine or a related discipline;
  • experience working in multidisciplinary research, healthcare or innovation projects;
  • strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate complex collaborations;
  • excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;
  • affinity with implementation, stakeholder engagement and co-creation.

Experience in project management is an advantage.
