About your role

As research analyst you will join the team of the Centre for Connective Tissue Diseases in the Human Genetics department. Our team works on many projects focused on the development of innovative therapy for the genetic disease Osteogenesis Imperfecta. You will work together with PhD students and other team members in addition to having your own project.   

In the projects we use various techniques including culture of numerous cell types and treatments with candidate compounds for therapy, gene therapy applications, both in in vitro and in vivo models.

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated research analyst with the following qualifications:

  • HLO/MLO diploma in biological sciences.
  • Experience with a range of cell and molecular biology techniques including cell culture, qPCR, western blotting and ELISA. Experience with animal experiments is considered a plus but not necessary.
  • Positive attitude and ability learn fast and flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • We are an international team so good communication skills in English are required.
